2. Where are you located? Iceland Collect is based in Reykjavík, Iceland. We ship worldwide from here, bringing a piece of the North directly to collectors everywhere.

3. Are your items authentic and original? Yes — every item is genuine, unless stated otherwise. We describe the condition honestly (e.g., UNC for uncirculated, used, signed, etc.). Vintage collectibles may show normal age-related wear; we include clear photos and detailed descriptions so you know exactly what you’re getting.

4. What are your shipping options and costs? We ship internationally from Iceland using reliable postal services (Íslandspóstur / Iceland Post and partners).

  • Standard shipping — usually 7–21 business days depending on destination.
  • Tracked / Registered — available for higher-value orders (recommended). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. We combine shipping for multiple items to save you money whenever possible.

5. Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We happily ship to most countries. For remote locations or high-value items, we may suggest tracked shipping for security.

6. What payment methods do you accept? At the moment we accept only bank transfers, but we are working to be able accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and any other payment methods as soon as possible.

7. What is your return and refund policy? We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is undamaged and in its original condition
  • You contact us first via email or the contact form. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described (in which case we cover return postage and issue a full refund). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

8. Can I combine shipping for multiple items? Absolutely — we always combine shipping when you buy more than one item in the same order to reduce costs. Just add everything to your cart before checkout.

11. Are prices in ISK or another currency? Prices are shown in your local currency (automatically converted via our shop settings), but the base is usually in ISK (Icelandic Króna) or USD/EUR depending on visitor location.
