FIT Félag iðn- og tæknigreina
Gold-tone enamel pin from Félag iðn- og tæknigreina (FIT), the Association of Industry and Technical Trades. FIT was founded in 2003 through the merger of around twenty older craft unions, many of which had histories stretching back more than a century. The association represents skilled tradespeople across construction, metal, vehicle, technical drawing and related fields and is affiliated with Samiðn and Alþýðusamband Íslands. The design features the red FIT lettering with the organisation’s yellow crescent and figure emblem above.
