Copper-nickel coin issued in Hong Kong in 1961 under Queen Elizabeth II. Obverse shows the crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II facing right with the inscription “QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND” around the rim. Reverse displays “HONG-KONG” at the top, “FIFTY CENTS” at the bottom, the year “1961” on the right, and central Chinese characters “伍毫” and “香港” surrounded by a beaded circle.
