Uncertified ! Banknote is from the bank vault and looks like UNC. It was taken from bundle in witch serial number is going in a row – one after the other. 

This is an Icelandic 500 krónur banknote issued by the Central Bank of Iceland (Sedlabanki Íslands) with the date 22. maí 2001. The obverse features a portrait of Jón Sigurðsson (1811–1879), Icelandic independence leader, seated at a desk with books, lamp, and quill. The reverse shows the Alþingishúsið (Parliament House) in Reykjavík. Security features include microtext, latent image, UV fluorescence, and watermark.  Signature: Már Guðmundsson (Governor).
