Hungary 20 Forint 1962 Banknote
Hungarian 20 forint banknote dated 12 October 1962. The front features a portrait of György Dózsa, leader of the 1514 peasant uprising. The reverse shows a male figure with a hammer and ear of wheat (modelled on pentathlete István Hegedűs). Blue and green on light underprint. Issued by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank during the People’s Republic period with the Kádár-era coat of arms. Pick #169c.
